What is your return policy?

It is very important to us that you are wholly satisfied with your product. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange for the value of the merchandise. We accept returned products that are unused and unwashed. The products must be in their original packaging, and must have been purchased within the last 14 days for eligibility for a return.

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely. Within 7 days from the date you received your items you can mail them back and can exchange. Items can be exchanged if you find that an item is defected, the wrong size or it simply is not what you ordered. We will take care of your request.

What does the term "preemie" mean?

The word "preemie" is a shortented word for premature baby. A preemie is a baby born less that 37 weeks of pregnancy.

How much does a premature baby weigh?

Premature babies weigh less than 5lbs, 8 ounces.

How do I wash and take care of Welcome Preemie clothing?

We recommend that you always wash premature baby clothing prior to putting it on your baby. You can wash Welcome Preemie clothing on a gentle cycle in cold water. Dry on a low setting or hang to dry. Use a detergent that is perfume and dye-free.

Does Welcome Preemie donate to a cause?

Yes. We donate a percentage of our proceeds to a chosen NICU annually to specifically support families in need during their NICU admission.
